The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best. The hotel was spotless, attention to detail was incredible- we LOVED the artwork. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were so cozy and beautiful… I have never been in a more picturesque place. The spa circuit was very relaxing and the massages we received were rejuvenating. The mountains, the hiking, the nearby cows, sheep, and horses, the river to kayak, the Oceanside towns within driving distance…what a perfect location for a getaway. The quality and price was worth it a million times over. Lastly… the food! We ate almost every meal at the hotel. It was so thoughtful and delicious. Asturias is known for the food, but we were blown away with the quality and freshness of everything we ate. We will be coming back and bringing friends!

Excellent hotel and wonderful spa. Comfortable and clean and lovely all around. I didn’t expect the area around the hotel to be so incredibly beautiful. The hills and mountains and animals and sunsets…might be the most beautiful place I’ve ever been

Simply spectacular. From the moment you arrive, the service is second to none. The whole staff are attentive, helpful and more than willing to do whatever needed to meet your needs. The location is stunning and the view from my panoramic room took my breath away. I didn't draw the curtains in order to wake up early to the view. The whole hotel is extremely tastefully decorated and the rooms are comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The breakfast was definitely the highlight for me. Delicious. We also enjoyed a morning in the spa. Definitely worth a visit. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you to all who made our stay so enjoyable.

From the moment I booked, the red flags were apparent. Extremely transactional service - more a cash grab than a hospitality business. The hotel staff even referenced that it’s a business not a charity when I asked if we could get an upgrade to a room with a terrace for my wife’s birthday, given the hotel was at 5% occupancy. You want to use the sauna? EUR 30 for 90 mins This place would be worth it if they charged 50-70% less as the quality and service does not justify the prices. Torn bedsheets and place smells of damp. Much better home grown hotels in the region at a fraction of the price.

We chose to have our honeymoon here. It was an absolutely amazing experience. As you can see in my pictures we loved to sit and watch the mountains and the goats outside while sipping espressos. The food was absolutely amazing. The service …

Fantastic view, excellent service! Big and comfortable bed 🛌, automatic Shower 🚿, gel Hermes and very soft robe 🤌🤌 Spa with many features, sauna, Turkish and jacuzzi tub outdoors 🧖‍♀️ The only thing we don’t like: restaurant 🤷🏻‍♀️ Good view and perfect service, but…. Food is very mediocre 🤦🏻‍♀️ For the breakfast we’ve got immature and tasteless fruits, “eco” yogurt with sugar 🤦🏻, coffee Nespresso. For the dinner: very salty fish and sweet meat … lack of gastronomic pleasure 🤷🏻 But ☝️We really liked the huge selection of craft bread 🍞 and cream of vegetables 🥦

We have just left the hotel having stayed for 6 nights having spent the previous week touring northern Spain. Our first week was very busy with lots of driving and sightseeing and we were looking for a place to stay for our second week which would provide much needed R&R. Our last stop off at the end of the first week was A Coruña in Galicia and we'd decided that the best place to find a base for the second week would be the Asturias region. I did a search online and came across this hotel which looked just the ticket. Our wish list was:- Secluded but accessible for short day trips Small and intimate Serenity Wellness Spa Views Mountains First class gastronomy Five star service The Puebloastar delivered in spades in each and every one of these categories. The hardest thing to describe, and the photographs online just don't do it justice, is the views. Surrounded by national parks and the Picos de Europa within spitting distance the view from our room, the drinks terrace and restaurant was indescribably beautiful. The staff are so very accommodating. Some evenings we didn't want to eat too much and 'Harry the chef was happy to make salads or whatever we wanted. We visited his kitchen and chose our Monkfish one evening. He's a very accomplished chef indeed. All of the staff were amazing. Unfortunately I didn't get all of their names but "Nacho" and Abdul amongst others really looked after us. By the time we had to leave we felt we were part of the family. One evening there was a terrific storm which was fantastic to watch with lightning over the mountains. We experienced the most beautiful double rainbow which, silly as it may sound, brought us to tears. The hotel is so at one with Mother Nature you can't possibly stay here without feeling spirituality uplifted. I can't recommend the hotel enough!

A very chill yet fancy hotel. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was absolutely amazingly. I still miss the sheep and 1 ram outside our hotel room patio.
